Kay Shapland
Assistant Director (Plant Products & Organics)

Kay manages the Official Assurance Programme for Organic Products.  This includes negotiating overseas market access requirements for New Zealand Organics products. She also manages the work programme for the plant product and organic business.

Afreen provides Technical Support to Kay on a daily basis. Afreen also runs individual components within the annual work programme including programme reviews, continuing development of quality systems, along with the implementation and management of new projects.
