NZFSA seeks submissions from all interested parties on any aspect of the document. The following points may be of assistance in preparing comments:

The Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA) states that information is to be made available unless there are grounds for withholding it. The grounds for withholding information are outlined in the OIA. Submitters may wish to indicate any grounds for withholding information contained in their submission.
