Consultation papers

2006 and onwards:

A paper representing NZFSA’s suggested position was released in February 2006. A series of workshops were also held to meet with people throughout New Zealand to discuss the proposals contained within the papers. 

Brochure that provides a brief overview of proposals in the Position Paper especially targeted at food businesses is available (4 pages long) (it is available in a number of languages)

From the beginning:

Papers 1-5 - NZFSA released five public discussion documents in the latter part of 2004 as the first consultation stage in the Domestic Food Review. In conjunction with the release of these papers NZFSA undertook 13 workshops throughout New Zealand to meet with people and discuss the proposals contained in the papers.
