Version 1 of the food service and catering Food Control Plan
The version 1 Plan (in English) can be downloaded in several ways - as one large file or as sections (with the backing (blank) pages removed). It can also be downloaded with the background colour removed which reduces the amount of ink needed for printing. The Plan is also available in Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Hindi.
