Food Sector Risk ranking and Prioritisation Models; The Methods

Food control plans are intended to be introduced to New Zealand’s domestic food sector within the next five or so years as part of NZFSA’s Domestic Food Review. This paper sets out the Risk ranking and prioritisation models NZFSA has developed for the transition to and implementation of these food control plans.
