An Environmental Health Officer at your local council will be able to:

• investigate complaints regarding poor hygiene standards in premises registered under the Food Hygiene Regulations 1974

• register and inspect food businesses operating under the Food Hygiene Regulations 1974

• provide general food safety advice.
