Overview
Your first move should always be to seek advice from a Health Protection Officer at your local District Health Board.

A quick template for a food recall newspaper advertisement.
*The downloadable template is in .rtf format, which will work with any word processing program. Once the template is filled in, the recall notice will be in a format suitable for sending to the newspaper(s) concerned.
Important: The advertisement must be approved by a Health Protection Officer, who seeks additional NZFSA approval before publishing.
