Fonterra Brands (Tip Top) Ltd are recalling their Ice Cream Cakes after discovering that there is potential for the products to contain minute pieces of metal. All Tip Top Ice Cream Cake (2L) with the date code BEST BEFORE 19/12/09 should not be consumed.

There have been no reports of illness, however any person concerned about their health should seek medical advice.

The product is sold in retail outlets throughout the North Island. Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund or phone 0800 423273 with any queries.

This recall does not affect any other Fonterra Brands (Tip Top) product.
