Kerry (NZ) Ltd in conjunction with George Weston Foods Baking NZ Ltd is conducting a voluntary recall of Ritz Bread Crumbs 400 grams with the above packed on dates.

This product may contain fragments of metal wire. There have been no reports of illness or injury however anyone concerned about their health should seek medical advice.

Consumers who purchased Ritz Bread Crumbs with Packed on Dates of 30 August 2007 and 31 August 2007 should not consume the product and return to the place of purchase for a full refund or phone 0800 784 277 for any queries.

This product is sold through Pak N Save, New World and Write Price stores nationwide.

No other Ritz products are affected by this recall.
