Food (Uncooked Comminuted Fermented Meat) Standard 2008
This Food Standard outlines the technical requirements relating to the manufacture of Uncooked Comminuted Fermented Meats (UCFM), and applies to ALL manufacturers of UCFM, whether operating under the Food Act 1981 or the Animal Products Act 1999. This standard comes into force on 1 December 2008. Guidance relating to this Standard will be posted shortly.
