Password protected areas

Some areas of the NZFSA website are password protected. If you try to access one of these areas you will be required to enter a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, click on the cancel button when asked to enter them - your web browser will then show you a page with a link to indicate where you can request access, if appropriate.  In most cases you should receive a reply to your request within 1-2 working days.

If your password does not seem to be working, first check the following:

  • that your Caps Lock is not on
  • is your password lower case? (passwords are case sensitive)
  • have you included any dots, hyphens or underscores

If you have checked all the above and the password still does not work then contact the web team and we will fix it.
